From the manufacture of small machined parts to the fabrication and assembly of boom sections and indeed whole cranes our onshore repair and refurbishment facilities worldwide and our technical know how underpin our capability to deliver and maintain best in class service support to all of our customers.

Our facilities are built to undertake fast and efficient turn around of your equipment refurbishment or repair, equipped with overhead cranes and the latest fabrication and manufacturing equipment and tools.

Furthermore, because Sparrows has nurtured in house teams of experienced engineers and techniciens who work according to high standard QHSE systems, we are able to deliver to our customers cost effective and high quality services.

Principal services we provide through our onshore facilities:

• Disassembly, inspection and rebuild of mechanical assemblies such as gearboxes, hook blocks and winches
• Fabrication of structural components such as booms and “A” frames
• Manufacture of replacement machined components required in the rebuild of mechanical assemblies
• Shot blasting and painting to offshore standards of steelwork from small components to complete crane booms.
