We are in the process of establishing a Talent Management System which will help identify an individual’s potential and their training needs, prepare people for promotion and plan career paths and succession to senior roles.

We have our own dedicated training and competency facilities where we deliver specialist trade discipline to our offshore employees and client personnel.

As part of our competency assessment process for our offshore employees we carry out the following:

  • Skills screening prior to employment
  • On-the-job assessments completed by trained assessors
